talent development programs have achieved many outstanding results.<\/p>\n<p>Through application of Coaching, China HP Dalian has successfully transformed itself from a Cost Center to a revenue generating organization. In a mere one year plus, the revenue has grown exponentially.<\/p>\n<p>Teams innovation capability is strongly enhanced and enable the creation of many cross region exchange platforms. Attrition rate dropped significantly and the staffs shared that the working atmosphere has become even more open and innovative.<\/p>\n<p>It influenced how they have interacted with their family members and improving the harmonious relationship with their children.
