coaching in Shanghai, I was physically exhausting but yet felt totally filled with positive energy! I can still remember vividly in 2011, I was nominated to the CORE program as the top 5% of Alcatel-Lucent\u2019s talent in Paris. I read my personal declaration in front of the class that I will devote myself fully to becoming an Executive Coach that will \u2018Make a difference\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>In a blink of an eye, 5 years have passed. A 5-year period that is much more fulfilling than I had ever imagined! I left the corporate world and founded Ascent-Vision. Along with the team, we had supported many outstanding CEO, CxO, EVP, SVP and various senior executives of multinational companies and internet companies onto a much bigger stage.<\/p>\n<p>The team had also created many amazing projects from BIG100 to Diamond, Sparkle, Ted, Mission J, JUMP, and BIG200 where a few hundred high potential employees were enrolled. From the many messages that brought great joy to me every now and then:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been assigned to the Global team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you for your recommendation letter as I have been accepted by XX Business School. Oh, by the way, I had also been awarded a scholarship!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUS just offered me a position, should I go?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What these messages are showing is that our brilliant talents are no longer just being hunted between companies but that other countries are headhunting them to migrate over!<\/p>\n<p>Coming out of our projects, the participants are inspired and gained the courage of: \u2018There\u2019s nothing to fear in this world!\u201d, and the self-confidence of: \u2018I am not perfect but I am awesome!\u2019. This type of growth mind-set can truly generate and inject tremendous energy into the corporations they serve. Thank you for letting us know that we had indeed \u201cmade a difference\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>In the coming 5 years, the focus and objective of Ascent Vision remain steadfast and unwavering.
