People don\u2019t leave bad organization; people leave bad managers. Don\u2019t become the reason your good people leave. Communicate with simplicity, communicate with honestly, and communicate with frequency.  organised<\/p>\n<p>1.It is ok that you don\u2019t have all answers. Just listen to your people and allow them to vent<br \/>\n2.Retain your best people by repetitive explanation, clarification, communication, meet face to face whenever possible.<br \/>\n3.Sign posting the route forward and role modeling when you know more<br \/>\n4.Engage and encourage the team whenever possible.<br \/>\n5.Create small and reachable milestones&#038; Celebrate success often<br \/>\n6.Lastly, answer the list of questions highlighted at the end of this article. Read the below 1-pager in full and understand what change management is all about.
